BNQ Capital
Our debt team focuses on balancing allocation between residential and commercial mortgages. We partner with other family offices, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on larger deals. Through our ethical lending solutions, we collaborate with the broker community to serve their clients/borrowers when conventional banking is not an option.
BNQ Real Estate
Our equity team focuses on value-add real estate plays from acquisition, project execution, to asset stabilization. Our expertise is in residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial assets. We are open to well structured development projects across the same asset classes. We run our own projects and/or partner with other family offices, HNWI, and asset management groups.
BNQ Financial
Our debt origination platform, a fully licensed mortgage brokerage in Ontario. Our team of mortgage/loan originators work with borrowers to determine their borrowing needs and assess their credit worthiness. Our in-house underwriting team works on underwriting and risk adjudicating the deals against our lending parameters and our lending partners parameters. We focus on ethical lending practices, and helping our borrowers graduate up the credit ladder.
